Dr. Garrett Bethke grew up in the Katy area. He attended Taylor High School where he was active in several sports and served as President of the National Honor Society. He accepted an athletic scholarship to play football at the University of Missouri at Rolla, where he graduated Cum Laude with a bachelor of science in Biological Science.
After finishing college, Dr. Bethke returned to Katy and spent the next year learning from the expertise of Dr. Harrison, Dr. Garrison, Dr.Wells, and Dr. Corredor, while helping as a chairside assistant. He attended the Dental School at the University of Texas Health Science Center in San Antonio. After Four years of honing his skills, he returned to his hometown of Katy to join the practice of Harrison and Garrison. A patient of the practice since he was 10 years old, Dr. Bethke was thrilled to have the opportunity to work with his childhood dentists.
In 2007, Dr. Bethke fulfilled his dream of owning his own dental practice, hoping to fill Dr. Garrison's shoes. While in dental school, Dr. Bethke married Lane Cobden, also a Taylor high school graduate and longtime Katy resident. The Bethkes now reside in Seven Meadows with their little girls Cambry and Sadie Grace, as well as, their dog Roxie.
